The Loathe Boat by Cindy Dorminy book review

The Loathe Boat by Cindy Dorminy is a dramatic romance that follows Chrissy Parks and Deacon Youngblood, a couple who unexpectedly win a cruise ticket while performing a dance in outrageous costumes. As they prepare for their role-playing-themed cruise, Deacon surprises Chrissy with a marriage proposal. However, Chrissy, still grappling with her past divorce, panics and declines, leading to a breakup. Despite the tension, neither is willing to give up their cruise ticket, resulting in an awkward journey aboard the Sovereign of the Sea. With memorable characters and a satisfying journey toward love, this book is a delightful read for anyone who enjoys a mix of humor, romance, and self-discovery.  There is a lot of drama and some sexy times.  I think some of the past reviews went in a little hard on a book that is meant to be a fun escape.  This would be THE perfect book to pack for a cruise.  I  think it would also appeal to fans of Below Deck and Dr. Odyssey - ship romances are having a moment!
