Viscount in Love by Eloisa James book review

Eloisa James is one of my favorite authors and I pretty much love anything she writes :) This book was a great start to a new series called Accidental Brides. That was all I needed to be sucked in. The story starts out pretty complicated and just gets more delicious as it goes on. Viscount Dominic Kelbourne is been engaged for two years to Lenora Sutton, who he feels has the right background for him. She is educated in the right things, she says and does the right things, she fits right into society. Her sister, Victoria (Torie), has a secret crush on him because he is quite handsome. One day, Dom inherits his sister’s twins unexpectedly and doesn’t know how to deal with them. Torie volunteers to spend time with them and she finds that she really likes them. They are obsessed with death and very bright. Everyone else does not understand them at all. The unexpected happens and Lenora elopes, shocking everyone. Especially Dom. He needs to be married quickly and starts to think that Torie will make an acceptable wife/nanny. When they kiss and the feelings are off the charts. Torie wants to marry for love, but knows her chances are slim because she is not the perfect wife. In fact, she is dyslexic and is bullied by society for it. However, she is a very talented artist and as Dom gets to know her, he starts to realize how brilliant she actually is. Readers will start to see that Dom and Torie might actually be falling in love and the marriage will turn into something more than a practical one. I enjoyed the quirkiness of the characters and the development of a loving relationship. The dialogue is fun. The situations are unique. I also love how the author describes Dom’s physical attributes. Hellooooo sexy book boyfriend…

This book just recently came out and I highly recommend it for your next historical romance. It will suck you in and you won’t be able to put it down until you finish it.
